improve communications between patient and staff. make sure when someone is explaining a procedure they do it in english.

very nice remodeled rooms, excellent nurses and PCT staff, let you sleep at night, never had to ask for pain medication, really surprised and pleased from the last visit compared to this one.

I WAS TREATED AT WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL IN THE ER. I HAVE BEEN THERE WITH MY WIFE ON MANY OCCASIONS . I WAS TREATED VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. GOOD JOB ER STAFF ! ! ! ! ! NICE IMPROVEMENT.
