Rude people work here. Stay home, you can take better care of yourself. Was in er. Was admitted, didn’t get tested for covid until next day. I was negative, but I was using a public restroom in observation for the first day. That’s crazy.
RecommendedI just had a knee replacement at Winter Haven Hospital and were very pleased with all the safeguards in place to make sure I was safe.
My husband was just there in the ER and they were all so attentive and pleasant to be around. They were very very professional and efficient.
I give Winter Haven Hospital a 5 rating. They have qualified Dr. and Nurses, along with all staff employed there. Very friendly staff great service
was treated at emergency room for symtoms of a stroke. the staff was very nice and friendly as they monitered my signs and set me up for more tests. Was admitted overnight to watch my progress and after all test came back satisfactory was released. Was checked by different areas to make sure I could walk and take care of myself when they let me go home.
Nurses were very nice but I was there for 2 hours only to end up with no results and being sent home despite the fact that I am still having pain in my chest. No possible guesses as to what could be wrong other than stress nor trying to do more/different testing until a result or solution was found. I arrived at 430 am so I was able to be seen right away at least. The drs and nurses that put their lives in jeopardy to help save us I do appreciate the care I was given
I had a mild heart attack this week. From the moment I walked through the Emergency Room door I was greeted in a concerned and cordial manner and received very thorough and compassionate care. There isn't one nurse or staff person I came in contact with on the 5th floor that didn't go above and beyond in making me comfortable and they were all delightful women to be around as well. I had to go to the ER with a sprained knee and I received excellent care from the moment they brought a wheelchair to my car. They were very polite and professional and Sophia Mitchel ARNP took excellent care of me and got my pain under control. Thanks Winter Haven Hospital, you guys are great.
