Wonderful place, great classes, great instructors. If I had time I would do a class everyday.
I've been to Bikram in several different states in my travels and my home studio--Hot Yoga Saratoga--is the best. The instructors, the schedule, the atmosphere are all amazing aspects of this place.

Hot Yoga Saratoga has transformed our whole families life in the most positive way. My husband & I, and our kids love this place!!! We are proud to consider it our home away from home. Everyone there is so kind. Our whole family was 100% new to yoga, and now we are 100% hooked for life. I would give them more stars, if more stars were available. :)
