Love Hot Yoga Cindy and the other teachers are amazing I've seen my body and mind change since I started and it's hard work but huge rewards!
Life changing!!! The studios are top notch and the instructors are excellent!
It's an amazing experience. The change in my mood from before class to after class is something I haven't experienced before. Make time to try it and I assure you that you won't regret it.
Hot Yoga Saratoga has an excellent variety of classes! The addition of the Ball Barre class with Blake Monday evenings has been awesome. She brings a great energy to the class and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I've only done 2 classes and I've already seen some great results!! Can't wait to consistently mix this class in with my hot yoga practice. Thanks!
