I’ve taken many classes at The Hot Yoga Spot in most of their locations and every class & instructor have been great. I attended the Aroma Yoga with Moonbeam in Thyme Workshop Saturday in Saratoga and it was one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken. The instructors were incredible and the class was amazing. I highly recommend all of the classes and workshops.
I really like going to the Hot Yoga Spot. The instructors are friendly, caring and kind. I can always find a class that fits my schedule. There is plenty of parking too!

I Had a wonderful practice here while I was visiting from out of town. The staff were warm and friendly. The instructor Aaron was excellent! I did moves I have never done before and was able to be in the moment. He made the class fun and enjoyable.
