Me and my mate did the contrast therapy (ice bath & infrared sauna). Great facilities, really clean and tidy and feel great after! Can’t wait to come back
A really lovely spa experience. I visited with my mum for her birthday. She fancied trying out the ice bath and infra-red sauna, so we booked in for the Cold Club. We got an hour in the Fire and Ice room, which gave us time for a couple of rounds of sauna and ice bath, followed by an hour to relax in the salt room with a complimentary hot drink. I booked myself and my partner in for the private infrared sauna and ice bath session. Really amazing experience, clean and well put together facilities. The One Wellness team were brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly. As part of our booking we also had food in the Himalayan salt room. A truly relaxing experience and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Overall a fantastic experience - We will both be back soon 🥶

Katie, Ellie, and the entire crew go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, so once you step through the door, you’re already set for an exceptional event. I’m hooked and they know I’ll be returning to every future event!
