It wasn't what we expected when we booked a 'luxury' apartment. They really should inspect their apartments. Liked·On the plus side, the apartment is in a great area and we enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. Lots of eateries and pubs very near on the Wharf including a Wetherspoons. Disliked· Bathroom - Although the description mentioned free toiletries, we only found an unlabelled half full dispenser of something and a tiny bar of soap. The shower overflowed upon first use. This residence is a complete scam. They tried to deduct triple the amount from my account without authorization, which prompted me to cancel my reservation. Despite their blatant mistake, they refused to refund the money they had already taken. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the ordeal. Avoid this place at all costs to protect your finances. ---
I had a terrible experience with this residence. They tried to scam us by not honoring their cancellation policy and refusing to give our money back after we canceled. We followed all the procedures for canceling within the required timeframe, but they made up excuses and ignored our requests for a refund. Very clean, modern apartment with a comfortable bed. Very convenient for central Lincoln with many bars and restaurants nearby. We will stay here again.
Went to see Sarah Millican at the engine shed so decided to stop over the night. This place is very nice and the 1 bedroom apartment would be great for even a few nights, even has secure parking.
