The delivery of the carton boxes was on-time, so were the pick-up to the storage, and the final return to my new place! Easy and quite a straightforward process! All the information was updated in my account promptly! The luggage was handle with care, so pretty much appreciated that! Just one note on the pricing, could be my oversight. At first I thought the return fee (from the storage to the new place) was included in the initial charge - as it mentioned 'free' return, but ended up still having to pay for all the remaining... read more
