Process was straightforward, from initial enquiry to date being set, and job being done. Communication was good throughout. The joiners were friendly, and worked well. I have had lots of compliments about my new stair bannisters and handrail. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Couldn't fault anyone at the One Stop Stair Shop, they did a brilliant job of revamping our stairs and bannisters at a great price. They were neat and tidy and cleared up all mess before they finished. They even fixed our squeaky stairs! I would definitely recommend them. Can't put pics on yet as we're in the middle of decorating so have no carpet on the stairs or paint/paper on the walls! 😀

From start to finish everyone was so friendly and helpful, with a fantastic attention to detail and an obvious pride in their work. The job was quite tricky, but we now have a beautiful new oak and glass staircase. We’d recommend One Stop Stair Shop to anyone. It’s also great to be able to support a local business.
