We paid for a swimming pool to be delivered, fitted, and fully operational in August 2022. However, only the pool shell was delivered in December 2022, and even that was not done as per the project design. Since then, the company has continuously failed to complete the job. Recently had a sauna installed within my facility. Phenomenal communication and hard work throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.
As a previous employee of this company I will advise anyone thinking of dealing with this company, don't. Extremely untrustworthy, constantly lie to customers, no empathy for customers ripped off. Phone calls will be ignored if you're chasing. Personally I was awarded a tribunal case, (the award no doubt peanuts compared to what customers have been conned out of) the money was never paid, and high court enforcement have failed to collect because of the dark arts practiced by the business.
