I had shockwave therapy at this clnic for a chronic shoulder injury. It really agravated my injury and led to extreme pain and stiffness.I have now been diagnosed with frozen shoulder as a result. 6 weeks on I am still in chronic pain. Eventually I spoke with Nigel from One Life and he was extremely helpful and reassuring, giving me clear info as to what might have happened, what I needed to do, and further support. Made a huge difference
The lovely Gemma put me at ease straight away. She gave me sound advice and gave good explanations of the exercises. She introduced me to the Squeezy App which I found very helpful. My condition has improved greatly over the course of my treatment. Thank you for all you have done.
I have been visiting Caroline for a couple of months now and can not recommend her enough! She is really friendly, explains clearly, and provides a detailed plan. I received shockwave therapy for persistent ankle pain, and the pain has now gone!
I came here via NHS and am delighted by the help I’ve had. The combination of physio and Pilates exercises was my missing piece. My sessions have ended officially but I’m continuing work with Dora separately with her Pilates exercise class. My body is starting to strengthen, the tests Dora did on the first session I was in tremendous pain. The same tests on my body today showed a significant reduction in pain. I thrilled.
