I first went to see Gillian last September to stop smoking and haven’t touched a cigarette since. Due to the success of this I sought Gillian’s help for my anxiety and depression which I have suffered from for years. I had my initial consultation with Gillian back in June and I was at rock bottom with stress & anxiety after my husband was critically ill. I'd been struggling with stopping smoking for years & knew I needed help. I was a little sceptical before the appointment, but I can say now that it's probably the best £200 I've ever spent. I'm no longer craving cigarettes & I'm happy to be around my friends & family that smoke without wanting to join them.
