Upon joining the company, I was promised a certain level of payment which, unfortunately, did not reflect at all. This has been a stark reality check for me and has left me feeling misled Furthermore, the working conditions at Oncue Transport have been far from satisfactory. The long working hours coupled with very low pay have made me feel like Oncue transport should be investigated. This company takes on to many bookings per trip. I am always late for my appointments.

I was in Newham Hospital and I had to be transported to a department at Whipps Cross Hospital for treatment. It was my first time being a patient at a hospital so I was quite nervous. The transport was very good and the driver was very helpful in getting me to the right department at Whipps Cross. All in all it was a good experience
