Appt letter came in March for appt 20 June 2025 10 40am today text came to remind me but they had changed the time no prior notice l had already made arrangements for the 60mile round-trip so l find this totally unacceptable they just do not care. L tried to speak to person but all you get is answerphone l am not happy but l will not be attending
I visited today for one course of radiotherapy all of the staff were professional and helpful thank you all.
Amazing staff from receptionists to nurses to doctors and surgeons .... all go that extra mile to make u feel at ease. My journey has been made so much easier because of all the staff here who are so lovely , caring and nothing is too much trouble. It takes a special kinda nurse to work in oncology and I am forever thankful to each and every one of you.!!
My husband is currently receiving amazing treatment for his cancer we are so grateful to the wonderful team in oncology and of course dr saman we appreciate everything you are doing for him
