I dont think I ever leave here dissapointed, im always able to find the best deals on the best brands!! Its a good thing I live an hour away or I would probably be in everyday! Lol but the deals are definitely worth the drive in my opinion!!
Horrible experience. I've been in before to buy and loved it. The employees were very friendly and helpful. This time was terrible. I had five totes of clothing, a crib, a bed, and a bags of toys to try and sell. I had never sold stuff before so I asked the two girls behind the counter if I just brought it all up to them and they nodded yes, didn't even bother to speak to me. I give this 3 stars and here's why: I truly enjoy buying close here. They have amazing deals. But when it comes to selling clothes, TERRIBLE!!!!! I brought in so many clothes that have been lightly used , or never even worn. Got 90% of my stuff back and only 17$!!! I was told a lot of it was faded and stained. I went through every item I had and while maybe a couple had stains(I'm not positive) there were ALOT of clothes that had no stains, no fading, and have BEEN BOUGHT FROM THERE BEFORE!! Called prior to bringing a lot of clothes in, all washed, folded. ALOT of brand new items and items that were worn once. Took them 1.5 hours to only take a handful of items. None of the new stuff. AND the shittiest part.... I had outfits, that were purchased as matching outfits, they were together in baskets as outfits, they took a piece of this a piece of that so I don't even have the matching outfits to sell now! Very disappointed they had sections that were included in the fill a bag sale only after picking threw what was under the sign for about an hour i get up.to the register and none of it was for sale and the only response i get it is it was probbly a.miss understanding.no im sorry or anything. No one went to take the sign down or anything. I wasted an hour and then waited for another 15 minutes to walk out with just shoes. I shop here often, but I dont think I have ever seen a member of their staff smile, or said more words than required to do their jobs.
