Literally cannot stand this place anymore. I had a whole bag of Gymboree only worn once clothes. But because they were fall it was rejected. � she said “you can bring these back once summer is almost over.” Yea....and by then it’ll be “in poor condition” because it sat in the same bag in a closet. I’ve seen blood stained on a white shirt on their racks...I’m not kidding, I’ve seen clothes that were ripped and in poor condition yet my Gymboree clothes get sent back? VERY impressed with this store. The staff was helpful and friendly. Huge variety of clothes for kids and super organized! Prices were comparable to other resale shops, watch for sales and you will get a lot for your dollar.
I have almost written this review after 3 separate visits, but I haven’t because I like to be fair and give the benefit of the doubt whenever possible...but, after today...yeah, I’m done. You’re better off to go to yard sales if you are looking for used children’s clothing. Why in the world would I pay $10 for NWT Jordache Jeans when I could purchase them for $9.94 at Walmart? Great selection of girls clothes, will definitely be going back for more clothes
I've been a fan of OUAC for 4 years now and in different states. The Rockford store prices their items higher than I've seen in different areas. I chose a pair of 4T NIKE shorts that were in good shape and not new by any means. The price was listed as $8 for one pair of shorts that were used. I passed on getting shorts there and drove a bit further out to TJ Maxx and bought brand new 4T NIKE shorts for $9.99.
