staff is not friendly. asked for a price reduction bc the shoes we were interested in the laces would need replaced and had horrible scuff marks and they said we can't do that but yet when we try to sell stuff to then in excellent condition and with tags attached they never buy it. they never actually look at anything they buy with certain staff working bc they are too busy talking. RecommendedThere items are always good quality and reasonably priced.
but electronic toy there and they don't put batteries in their toys. I get it they'd have to charge more. but I assumed that they tested them. this toy won't work even with brand new batteries refuses to work. see the battery tester I even test the batteries even if they're new. there's no reason this toy should not work with my batteries other than it's crap. I don't get there very often as I live in Rockton. I will hang on to my receipt and I expect a refund whether I come next week or a month from now.
Wonderful customer service, Angela was awesome!!!! I always love coming to the store to find deals and to see her smiling face. The store is always so organized, I have twins and I’m always able to find something that matches for them, good prices and friendly staff, if you haven’t been here you need to go
Brought in 3 full bins of gently used clothes (some still had tags on them) and was given $23 and almost 3 bins worth back. When I asked why they didn’t accept more items, I was told it was the condition of the items. They gave me back nearly new winter jackets and overalls, which are even gonna be in season shortly. Not worth the time. And she stuff for sale is nothing special and priced like it’s new.
Employees aren’t overly friendly and seem more interested in socializing with each other than actually working. Waited over an hour for them to look at the items I brought in (they indicated it would be an hour) and none of it had been touched when I returned. I won’t waste my time here anymore.
Loves the clothes and deals. NOT happy about the customer service. Girls working could smile and be friendly
I always find nice used clothes for my boys!
