I have always had good luck here! Today for their dollar days I purchased $62 worth of clothes for $12! Great place to buy childrens clothes! I'm so glad we have them in Rockford

Went to once upon a child today in rockford and this is what happen smh trying to buy a used tent for my kids.... it was retailed on the box for 19.99 the manager priced it for 20.00 and to make it worse there was a 3 dollar garage sale sticker on it from previous owners.... i asked if she would go down she said no i cant its still 20.00 i was like wow smh ill just go buy it brand new else where. Im all about supporting resale stores but this was just ignorant on there part as far as the pricing when the box says 19.99 retai... read more

Hi BreAnna, I just spoke to the manager on duty. She informed me that she did offer you and your husband a 15% discount on the tent. I completely agree with you that this tent was priced incorrectly. We always want to be lower than the stores. The price has already been changed. I'm sorry that this happened. But mistakes happen. And we will gladly own up. Again we sincerely apologize.
I must say that I am satisfied with my two visits so far. I did not receive as much as I had expected my first visit, but that is ok. On my second trip I received well more than I expected. I have not yet shopped at this location, but definitely will now that gifts have slowed down and messy toddler years are upon us. It is standard for items to sell at half of what retail would be and sellers receive half of that (1/4 of retail price). This is required to, of not more than what one would receive at a garage sale. Waste of time! Will never shop there. The staff is slow & unfriendly!
Sold to them for the first time today,I got more then I expected for a few items,they are a little picky.It didn't feel like they took much being I brought two boxes full but I got a good amount of money for the few items they did want.The employees there are ok,some could work on customer service and smile a little more.Me being pregnant and only having one associate actually acknowledge me when i was talking was a little fustrating.I brought the clothes folded in the boxes neatly and when they were done going through them ... read more
