Terrible service. Promises of calls back with no response for months, the odd email here and there to make it seem as though they will respond to you but nothing. Even the managing director Michelle Streeton does not have the basic professionalism to respond when she promises to do so. Hugely regret falling for the sales scam and do not recommend to anyone, our clinic may even have to take legal action due to sheer lack of commitment on their behalf, still awaiting anyone to provide us with correct information or to acknowle... read more
Absolutely terrible service. We were told that we would be able to advertise in Toni & Guy salons on the "brand newly installed screens" only to find out no new screens were installed. no response after having paid thousands of pounds. Refund requested and NO response DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM. Very unprofessional and insulting.
