happy beds supplied the mattress and metal frame to me in London which was not as per the stad I wanted and I asked them to ask your courier service to take the goods back and they arranged the collection through their regular on time logistic who charged me 60 pound and total cost of the mattress and the metal frame was 160 pound. Called me Wednesday to say that delivery will be Thursday between 5:30-8:30pm. I said that’s great. I waited in and nothing came!! No one contacted me...I tired calling and it just rang out. I emailed too. So it’s now Friday morning, still no answer, no email reply, I can’t be here all day, what do I do?! I’m so angry, worst delivery ‘service’ ive experienced!!
