I’m having a hard time trying to get help from a dr that I was referred to by aultman hospital ER I have a dislocated AC in my left shoulder and they said they needed my records from my old orthopedic that has done work on my shoulder I went in signed a release form and the lady I gave the information to wrote the fax number down wrong I’ve been up there three times to straighten it out I keep calling they said they haven’t received my records yet and will not schedule a appointment until the dr reviews those records meanwhi... read more
