Dealing with Derek was great and Ian was fantastic fitting the windows, doors and lanterns. Very happy with the service and our products.
Overall product very good, installed by 2 very good fitters who did a nice professional job, a credit to Omega.
We have recently used Omega Lifestyle to have our garage door converted into windows and doors. Customer service was fantastic from the moment we contacted them up until after the fitting! Nothing was to much of a problem for them as we had designed the idea ourselves and they were able to put those ideas together for us :) The fitter was a lovely and friendly gentleman who arrived on time and completed the job in a day with no problem at all. Very bad customer service. We were unable to get anyone to look at the locks on our windows and doors after they stuck and couldn't open. I won't use them again.
