Website is very professional and that is as far as this company goes. After our bad experience with Omega Driveway Solutions, we thought we should save the future potential customers from stress and anxiety. A guy called Jim (said his name was James when he came first time) came around to give a quotation. Also said that work will be guaranteed for 10 years and you pay at the end (on the website says 5 years). Any problem, we will come and fix it immediately. I am adding the below comments upon my previous positive review. I am very much worried and sad just after 4 to 5 months time which is first summer after we had driveway from this company. When they put our driveway, it was raining in between and at the end they told that they will come back and spread last round of sand once there is nice sun. But they did not turn up at all. I have just had my driveway and back patio completed by Micheal and his fantastic team lead by Tomas. A professional service throughout. I was listened to from start to finish and despite changing my mind several times, Micheal was patient and very understanding. Quality products were used and you can tell from the exceptional finish.
