I have worked out in multiple boxes in various states and omega's feeling of family cannot be beat! Omega is amazing. I was intimidated by cross fit, especially with weight lifting. The coaches are wonderful, helpful, and encouraging. The athletes there are just the best!! Everyone will cheer you up!! So glad to be part of it :-)
