We dropped in from Fargo, Nd! I have been doing Crossfit for a couple of years but my friends were brand new! Our coach was so generous made sure we all new what we were doing and made everyone feel comfortable! The people were so friendly, especially for 530 in the morning! Will defiantly be back if I ever make it to this area again! Thanks, Omega Crossfit!

I had a really bad experience with crossfit a couple years ago that made me never want to go back. But after coming to Omega, being welcomed and encouraged by the coaches and athletes, it’s safe to say I was wrong about Crossfit. It’s a great community, gym, and a box full of people constantly supporting you!
This place has felt like home since day one! Excellent coaching, and a great environment no matter your level of experience. �
