Excellent coaches, great members, a truly supportive environment. I love it!
I absolutely love this place. After being to a couple other crossfit gyms and having a negative experience I was so nervous to try crossfit again. Eric, the other coaches AND fellow classmates at Omega have made this new lifestyle so welcoming and SO fun. I look forward to every class, and it is mentally AND physically rewarding after each workout. Everyone is so supportive and so friendly.

I had always been wary of trying out CrossFit. A year into body building, I found myself a little bored and in an on ramp class at Omega. I liked the thought of trying something new and something that scared me. I am so happy that I found Omega! The coaches are wonderful and so helpful.
