I recently had the opportunity to workout with this amazing group of people and coaches! The entire group made me feel right at home the minute I walked thru the door. The coaches were incredible, they challenged me, encouraged me and gave me some really great tips to improve my performance! I have family moving to this area in the near future and I will definitely be dropping in to Omega every time I visit. Thank you Omega Crossfit!, you guys are incredible!
