RecommendedI entered a service request because the gate to my fence was broken. I got an email letting me know it had been fixed within a couple of hours. I didn’t believe it so I went out and checked and it had been fixed!

In February, our unit had very serious black mold problems. I immediately went to action and cleaned with bleach, scrubbed it, and even painted the windowsill to try killing it. My boyfriend suffered a serious allergic reaction to the mold which now requires him to use an emergency inhaler as well as a twice daily inhaler in order to breathe. The complex would not allow me to break my lease that only had a little over a month left. The conditions we had were not livable. They insisted “we can move you to another unit”. Why w... read more
RecommendedWe moved into the townhome side about a month ago and are so happy with our decision to live here! The townhouse is a great space for my family and everyone in the community has been friendly and welcoming. The office staff is very helpful and were so kind to find the perfect unit for us. I would definitely recommend living here!
