Overall not great. Before I moved in I was quoted for a 14 month lease. I moved cities to get here and on move in day I assumed we were going with the 14 month lease like we had discussed, nope. They pulled a fast one on me and signed me up for the $200 more expensive 12 month lease. Started off not great and into month 9 still not great
First off, let me say our unit is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We have a corner unit, and I love the extended balcony and our unit finishes. HOWEVER, this community is not secure. There’s crime happening all around the area (I know, that’s life in the city) but there’s constantly safety concerns. There’s a exterior door by the parking garage on Roseland that’s ALWAYS open. RecommendedThe office staff rocks and they are so helpful. The maintenance guys and cleaning crew are always so friendly in the hallways. -They all make this place feel like a clean great home! Also, Our apartment is beautiful and we love living here!

The management at this place are straight up SCAMMERS! If someone’s apartment above yours pipes break and floods out your apartment...THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU $1700! This place does not offer livable conditions and will harass the hell out of you. My recommendation is to keep looking elsewhere!!!
I've lived here for about a week and half and the experience has been nothing short of incredible. Molly helped us find the perfect two bedroom apartment for my fiance and I and we even snagged a great deal. The amenities of the property are always super well maintained and the interior of the apartments feel like a home. It is so quiet inside and the finishings are super nice. Worked with Breyden and Toni and they were amazing. You could tell they were really invested and made the signing easy! The property itself is in an awesome location and has some great amenities - you won’t regret signing here :)
I am going on three years living at Olympus at Ross. I have lived in two apartments here on two different levels. I am a pretty low key resident and understand what’s in the control of the front office workers vs the contracted service companies (I deal with contracted service companies often.) The front office workers are very professional as well as personable each time I go in. I would recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends and family.
