Never would recommend this place to anyone. Especially, if they felt the need to neglect a friend and charge them after a flooding happened and then decided to leave a 1 star review on their place of business. Stay away from this place.
Absolutely the worst run apartment complex, was overcharged for rent several months in a row, my apartment flooded from a break upstairs and it took over 10 days for them to fix. Unlivable for those 10 days and still payed full rent. Carpet in the closet was ripped out after the flood and then they put the exact same carpet back in to mold. Got a lease violation notice on my front door for my mattress drying on my patio that their employees placed out there. Please be advised they do not let you into your apartment if you are locked out passed hours. Maintenance would tell you they can’t unlock doors. I tried everything I could, aside from breaking my lock, but I could not get to my dog on the other side. Thank goodness I have family in town so I can stay with them but please be warned. No one told me that this is what happens. The only positive was the nice security guard that made sure I was ok and let me know that he was sorry for my situation.
This is the worst community I have ever lived in. The office staff does not care about its residents. I can constantly hear my neighbors music through 2 walls and over my tv. I have complained numerous times and called the after hours security to which nothing happens or changes. They simply do not care, as long as they are getting their money. RecommendedI cannot imagine a better place to make my home. This complex not only has its own unique amenities - an impressive pool area, sprawling court yards, outdoor entertainment coves, a fun resident center, its own upscale salon with resident discounts, etc., but it is also conveniently located. I have lived in the Olympus at Ross apartments since June and love it! The gym is amazing, I save $$ every month because I don’t pay for a gym membership. Valerie at the leasing office is awesome! She always remembers me and is very helpful. She even made sure my cat got a welcome toy when we moved in :)
I have lived at Olympus at Ross for 6 months now and I love it here. Staff is fantastic. Amenities such as the pool and gym are great! If you live here you do not need a gym membership. I even get my haircut in the complex at the local salon. I will most likely renew my lease here. Great spot to live!
