I have lived here for 6 months and loved every minute of it! The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is always nice and very helpful, my service requests almost always get taken care of the same day. Very pet friendly and the pool is great! I love all the monthly events they provide. It’s obvious that the staff really cares about their residents. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
Their construction workers will wake you up before 7am with power tools next to your bedroom. The office believes not being able to sleep for over a month just makes for a good joke. Your sleep and peace of mind is not their concern.
If you ever need any help with literally anything after you sign your lease/prison sentence here, don’t expect it. This property absolutely lacks the ability to act on common sense. They do not care whether you are happy or miserable as long as they are getting paid. Very very crooked people pulling the strings here. Save yourself a lease-long headache and live under a bridge before you let them talk you into living here.

Olympus at Ross is a nice place to call home. The loft style apartments provide the space and privacy I was looking for after selling my home in Cedar Hill. Canceling my gym membership at a luxury gym was the best because of the excellent gym facilities here. This dog friendly community is like no other. The staff in the leasing office, Angel and the rest of the service team are amazingly prompt, helpful, and great listeners. I moved in the day this property opened in January 2015 and haven't thought twice about renewing my lease each year! Not only is the building centrally located but it is kept super clean, safe and the staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch as well as the pool is state of the art (but not too loud) and the gym was nice enough for me to cancel my gym membership :)
