Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I paid £1,100 per month for a room that was in a completely unacceptable condition. Everything was old, dirty, and broken. Despite this, they still deducted £150 from my deposit for damage that was already there when I moved in. Avoid Olympia Management! Refused Refund After Contract Cancellation I am very disappointed with my experience with Olimpia Management. About a year ago, I paid them a deposit and one month’s rent upfront, but we had to cancel the tenancy 7 days before the agreed move-in date. Despite giving them plenty of notice, they have refused to refund any of the money I paid in advance. Excellent apartment with Excellent service provided, personally I would like to give Michal a massive compliment for his assistance and follow up and the maintenance team that assist me all the way of my tenancy. For those who is looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this place.
