I haven’t been paid back my deposit money (450 pounds) when I was leaving and was told they were gonna wire me the money once I’m back home which I naively believed. It has been more than 5 years since and I haven’t seen a penny from them even though I repeatedly emailed them. I’m not even gonna start on the bad condition the room was in when I received it (sink leakage, broken curtain etc). Do yourself a favor and avoid these scammers.
