Terrible service from the shop manager. Went in looking for a carpet and vinyl flooring, once she established I was on a budget, she couldn’t have lost interest quicker. Blunt, rude, awful customer service. Little did they know this was for my rental so have plenty to spend! Their loss!
Incredible unhelpful over the phone, expressed a complete disinterest when I made enquiries. Better off looking elsewhere.
Awful service from the manager
I had a terrible experience at this carpet shop. The customer service was abysmal; the staff were rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the carpets are extremely overpriced for their poor quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
