Absolute shambles of a letting company and so rude to you and if u recieve benefits they speak to you like ur lower than the low They need to be more training on how to be polite on the phone especially the female staff and they need to change their policys cos not everyone has a guarantor. So if u dont have a guarantor or 12 months up front and on benefits they won't entertain you If I could put no stars i would
