I've had to go to Physicians Urgent Care a few times, usually when my bronchitis flares up. Once I sat in the parking lot crying because I couldn't get enough air in my lungs to walk to the front door. The wait isn't long. Dr. Olisemeka will do an exam, chest x-ray and ask about my symptoms. He gets me better quickly with a steroid shot, Z pack and inhaler prescription. Exactly what I need quick visit, diagnosis and treatment. He knows exactly what it takes to make me better. Hope he never leaves there.
Very friendly members of staff. Kim, who was at the front desk, was resourceful, an impressive multi-tasker and professional. The process was fast and the PA and nurses at the drive through testing site were fast and very friendly.
Very nice place. Friendly staff and great care. They don’t rush you and it doesn’t feel like they are just in it for the money.
Wish I could give 0 stars. All started bc I needed a covid test. They entered my date of birth in the patient portal incorrectly which I know when registering I entered it right because I had screenshots. Called about 10 times and the first thing they did was put me on hold for 30 mins, then someone else answered and I got put on hold for another 20. Then someone finally gave me access to the portal.
