Nebraska is known for its beef and, growing up in the cattle country of Alberta, I know beef, so when the hunger pangs began gnawing as I was crossing the corn husker state - I thought I’d find me a nice slice of beef. Bad food! Had grilled pork chop dinnet. Tough as nails, cold veggies & just a smattering has browns! No butter for roll & no salad!
