Sent a request for a part via 1st Choice Spares. Oldham breakers responded to say that they had the part so I phoned them to make sure that they had it before placing the order. I was told that they couldn't say with out the part number-which I supplied the guy said that he would phone within 30 minutes to confirm. Three hours later he had not beem in contact so I rang again, a different person answered and said that he would get the guy to ring straight back. Four days later still no call. Complete waste of time.
Absolutely fantastic service. Very very reasonably priced parts. Will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to my friends. I0 out of 10
Absolutely disgraceful service. We travelled all the way from Manchester with a written quote received via email, only to be told on arrival that the quoted price was cash only — something that was never mentioned beforehand. I went to withdraw the cash, and when I returned just 10 minutes later, he had already closed and gone home. We made a second trip the next day and sent someone on our behalf, only for them to be treated with complete disrespect.
