On 21/08/2025 I visited the warehouse to collect six boxes of tiles. But I asked for grey colour tiles. When I got home I realised that I had made mistake and contacted them. They told me that I could exchange the grey colour tiles for the correct off-white colour tiles, without any restocking charge. When I returned to the warehouse a young man unloaded the tiles from my boot, and reloaded the replacement tiles. He was helpful and really patient. The shop owner gave my wife a great deal on the tiles and sundries, we couldn't be more pleased, £1100 worth I might add. So that said, its with great reluctance that I'm am leaving this review. The tiling contractor they recommended was beyond bad, they were truly dreadful! Cuts, as apposed to manufactures end in the middle if the floor, tile cement and grout literally all over the place, internally and externally, deflected tiles all over the place, they used our domestic vacuum to clean up and blocked it good and proper. ... read more
