Had a problem with my bike when we went camping up at Wolfpen road over to Old fort Harley Davidson when we got there and there was a rally going on they got to my bike right away and fix the problem great service thanks
A while back I bought some HD sun glasses from Landers Harley in Hot Springs. They had a lifetime warranty! And yes, I paid too much for them. Well, they broke?! Landers closed the Hot Springs store so I went up to Old Fort where I bought my 09 Ultra brand new! They said they couldn't do anything about my glasses?! So, is the Harley or Old Fort?? Maybe I'm asking too much, but buying a brand new $$$$$$ Harley there, they could have just given me a pair of $200 glasses..... IMO
All ways love riding from Shawnee Oklahoma, to visit fort Harley Davidson found a lot of cute clothes and the customer service was really friendly can't wait for next visit! Happy Easter Fort Harley Davidson����

My wife and I bought a used bike and love the sound and looks of this bike. While riding it home over 200 miles I noticed that the brakes were very low and the clutch was out of adjustment. Upon getting it home I checked the bike out and found the brake pads were very thin and the oil was dirty. I contacted the salesman and was told that the bike has been serviced and send them pictures. I changed the oils, replaced the brake pads and changed the brake fluid, and adjusted the clutch.
