Very poor service. I brought my 05 softail in that was making a noise in the top end. While that was the most important issue i also decided to spend about 3000 in upgrades. Well two 1/2 weeks pass and I can't get a straight answer from service. The people in parts was very helpful. I ended up with most of the upgrades but the main issue not even looked at. Im on a Road Trip with my cousin Dave. We're rollin from Los Angeles to Atlanta. We stopped in on 12/13/2017. We've been hittin all the dealerships along the way. I picked up a shirt for my son, and browsed the store. The help was great, and everybody was very friendly. When I went to pay, the first thing our cashier (Marilyn, I believe) asked was "are y'all military or former military"? It was great, got a discount, then when we asked if there was any good restaurants nearby, she directed us to an great place to eat. Thanks... read more
