Great experience in purchasing my first bike here. Keith was very knowledgeable and patient in getting me what I wanted.
Road trip with my husband and we stopped for a coin and shirts. Parts and service were outstanding and friendly and more then helpful! They were absolutely awesome! The girls upfront not friendly no welcome no can I help you no can I take your shirts up front. He girl was more worried about sucking down helium than the customers. Definitely don’t recommend this place for front friendliness but as I said parts and service rocked. Front must not work on commission. Fire em and start new.

I visited Ild Fort yesterday, first day of the Steel Horse Rally. I was wanting to see about trading in my Forty Eight for a nice used Road Glide. I walked into the used bike building and there was one sales person helping the one and only customer in there. A lady walked and shortly after the other customer left. The salesperson helped her but never even acknowledged my existence. I walked around, even sat on a few bikes and was in there for about 15 minutes. No contact whatsoever.
