Stopped by Old Fort HD yesterday to get my 10k service. I am visiting from Fl. and they got right on it and had me back on the road in 2.5 hrs. Kristen and the whole gang were jyst great. Thank you Old Fort HD.
Had a problem with the rear brakes on our bike . They went out of their way and one worker even stayed late to fix them . We were going on a trip early the next morning and Old Fort saved the day . Thanks

I knocked a chunk of rubber out of my front tire and cord was starting to show. We were 400 miles from home in Alma AR. I called Old Fort Harley Davidson and a friendly voice answered her name is Kristen she was more than helpful she gave me a quote over the phone. When I arrived she was at the desk took my information and in 10 to 15 minutes my bike was in shop. I wonder around the show floor and met David he works there great guy to visit with. My first visit here since moving to Ar. The staff was helpful and friendly. A nice lady even went out of her way to tell us a better way to get to Oark. Our ride was a lot better because of her help. I'll be back definitely!
We love how friendly everyone is there. And we've made memories on the HD dinner runs! We love our Old Ft HD!
