Terrible customer service... product ordered online Pig Trail, wrong size sent, Old Fort has exact same product on its shelf and would not exchange... I understand speciality items, but when the same product is on shelf and still refuse to exchange, that’s simply poor customer service. Yes & understand franchises work a little differently, but common sense should also be used in cases like above.
Great place I'm from Buffalo N.Y. and the staff came up twice to see if the could help me. Very friendly.
These people are shady and do bad business, sales does not require a lack of ethics or honesty.
Love the people here Ryan the boss is the lifesaver here this was my 38th state got my bike fixed and Mike is one heck cool guy loved talking to Kristin in service also Reba in parts for calling all over for parts thanks tom for charging up my battery appreciate your HD family there in Fort Smith Old Fort Harley Davidson!
