Mikee did a great job welding my broke rear exhaust!
On my way to Houston from Eureka Springs, broke my exhaust bracket and had a oil leak, Mike and the guys fixed me right up got me EN almost immediately and sent me on my way a happy camper thanks guys
We were traveling from Waxahachie, TX to Eureka Springs for the Bikes, Blues, and BBQ Rally when we broke down. Made it to Old Fort HD the next morning. Mike Freeland, the Service Manager, took care of us in a timely and friendly manner. Michael Crouch, one of the owners, couldn't have treated us any better, and Marilyn was super friendly with a great smile. This Dealership made the BEST impression on us, and we have been to MANY HD Dealers over the years. Thank you, Mike, Marilyn, and Michael.
Great group of people working there, talked to the service Dept about how to take my bike out of parade mode. He was more that happy to come out and show me how to change the mode.
Gotta tell you..... Charging system failed 20 miles out.... Made it to Old Fort on a Friday afternoon, 3pm with the battery depleted and not charging .... Service manager - got me in... Had a stayter for my 7 year old bike... Tech came out introduced himself - explained the problem... They had me back on the road by 5:30.... Let me say... After traveling to all 50 of the United States, all Canadian provinces , I have see both good and bad service, yet never seen a better example of a shop taking care of a traveler than the f... read more
Picked up my 2017 Road Glide Ultra today, they have the friendly staff and they know what their doing. I was involved with the sales, parts & service dept. Very Pleased.
Bought my 1st bike at Harley! Sadly, she is gone due to a wreck. However, I have been a patron there for years. I have bought clothing and motorcycle parts. Everyone in Harley treats you like you are family. They know who you are the minute you walk thru the door. And special thanks to Debbie who invited me on a ladies ride. Because of her kind gesture, I met several lady bikers who seemed like old friends from the moment I met them. Love this place and love these people! Highly recommend.

Bought a new used Street Glide today. Stephen and Zack made it way too easy to buy a bike!!
