Ordered a small unit online which I thought included home delivery. My mistake but it didn’t. We went to collect it travelling from Exeter and I honestly wish I had gone and looked around the showroom before buying online. Lots of lovely items and I actually purchased another small item that was in stock and we were also able to take away with us. Definitely worth a look at the lovely furniture.
The what I assume is manager (chap in the grey suit) needs to understand that customers can come from anywhere. By being blatantly rude and overly defensive for no particular reason to a member of the public doesn’t present a particularly good image.
The Old Creamery treated us very fairly when a bed we had bought about 2 years ago collapsed. They speedily replaced it with a better designed bed and took away the old one. Yes we did have to pay a nominal sum but they were polite and understanding. It was so refreshing these days to be heard and treated well! Would definitely recommend them.
