A big thank you to the young lady on Reception yesterday. So nice to engage with someone caring and helpful, and who actually understands just what Customer Service means.
Couldn’t recommend Old Courts enough after my dog’s tail surgery. All the staff have been fantastic with my dog, so caring, patient and supportive! A special mention to Becky who has been fabulous!
Updates/reminders regards treatments/medicines non-existent. And, no chance with requests for routine things like wormers when popping in, even if you're prepared to wait. Frontline staff seemingly not able to cope with anything they haven't had at least a day's notice for. I'm new to the area, but vets wise and customer engagement wise, I'm used to far better... and better value I'd add.
