I think the new booking service is overly complicated and would like to go back to the old system that worked for me. But think we are lucky to have OCMP.

I recently saw Dr Ali Nezar Abdulkareem to discuss something very personal. I have delayed in booking my appointment for years since I was not feeling confident in talking openly about it. Dr Ali made me feel very comfortable during the consultation; he has very good communication skills and was very empathetic. He is a valuable asset to the surgery. Hats off to the reception staff as well; they are always helpful and attentive to the patients' needs. Keep the hard work up - We value every single one of you at the surgery x
I have never had a problem getting an appt , if I send in an email I usually have a call with an appt straight away .. all staff are very efficient and polite and all doctors are considerate
