Waited 15 minutes at lunch to even get a table (no they were not busy) then another 10 minutes and still never waited on before we left. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had

You're always greeted when you walk in the door. I love the low lighting, it makes it very cozy and comfortable. The waitress, was on point with our drinks, refills, appetizers and our main dish was really, really good. I will always suggest this restaurant to everyone. Old Chicago is a great place to dine. Our server Erica was an absolute sweetheart and showed my family of eight excellent service. Great selection of food and beer. Love this place.
Good food and friendly staff
Tried to call in an order. Got hung up on. Called back. Got to be on hold twice. Order 2 things of Buffalo Chicken Rolls. Get there, they have my name wrong and 20 Wings ready. Didn’t have time to wait for them to get it right.
