UNAUTHORIZED TIP!!! I went to the Little Rock restaurant and had a decent meal... Nothing fancy with mediocre service. However, the waitress named Molly decided the tip I left was not to her satisfaction and increased it not realizing I might very well have access to verifiing my credit card statement to my credit card transaction. After noting the discrepancy, I contacted the manager at the restaurant and she was able to verify that the waitress did add additional $$ to the tip line. I’m a regular at the old Chicago in conway and the NLR one could take a lesson or two from them. Horrible service tonight. Rude waiter. Had a bad attitude from the get go. Did not get the beer I ordered. Slow to get us anything! I will not be back.
Just sat at a table in Old Chicago for 15 min and no one came to wait on us so we left. To bad!
Great selection of beers, and the bartender was very knowledgeable. I am a world beer tour member and have been to a number of different locations. This was one the cleanest friendliest atmospheres I’ve been to.
